Security features

Chiemsee Castle employs closed circuit video surveillance
in our front entrance and lobby area, and our facility is also
equipped with a secure entrance which is always locked; and may
only be opened with regulated key cards which must be swiped
to activate the unlocking mechanism, or by us from inside the office.  Anyone who requests entrance to the center without an authorized key fob will be visually identified by using our video doorbell / intercom system before we will admit them through the security door.  In the event that a person or persons have been authorized by parents to pick up or otherwise interact with their child or children, we will require them to show us proper identification through the camera.  In addition, we have put in place
emergency procedures for any unlikely breach of security, and our
staff are trained in what immediate action they need to take to ensure
the safety of the children and themselves.
